VINEGARS

Our vinegars are made slow, in small batches, with ingredients we trust and flavors we’re proud of. You’ll find everyday go-tos like Cabernet Sauvignon and Honeycrisp Apple Cider, along with seasonal batches like Concord Grape and Tomato. Each one brings a little something different — bright, bold, and great in just about anything. Splash them on salads, mix into marinades, or use as a finishing touch. These are not your basic vinegars — they’re full of life and meant to be enjoyed.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON VINEGAR

Smooth, bold, and a little jammy — this is our take on red wine vinegar, made from real cabernet and fermented slow. It’s got depth and richness without getting too fancy about it.


Use it in dressings, marinades, or drizzle it over roasted veggies. It plays well with others.

Earthy, golden, and a little wild — this one’s also known as liquid gold. Made with chanterelle mushrooms and slow-fermented for balance, it brings deep umami and bright acidity together in one bottle.


Use it in pan sauces, dressings, or drizzle on roasted veggies. Fancy but not fussy.

Bright, crisp, and a little juicy — this one’s got fresh vibes. This is our take on white wine vinegar, made from real chardonnay and fermented slow, it adds a light, fruity punch without stealing the show.


Use it in dressings, splash on grilled veggies, or brighten up your seafood dishes. It’s all about that subtle, easy flavor.

Fruity, tangy, and a little nostalgic — this one’s made from real Concord grape juice and fermented slow for a bold, juicy bite. It straight-up tastes like purple (you know what we mean).


Splash it into vinaigrettes, pair it with sharp cheeses, or add a pop to sparkling water. Sweet, zingy, and way more versatile than you'd expect.

Crisp, clean, and smooth — this isn’t your typical harsh apple cider vinegar. Made from Honeycrisp apple juice and fermented slow, it’s got a bright flavor without that weird bite at the end.


Use it in dressings, slaws, marinades, or even sips — it’s mellow enough to drink, but still brings the tang.

SCLUPIN IPA "MALT" VINEGAR

*LIMITED SUPPLY* Bright, tangy, and hoppy — this is our version of malt vinegar, made with local Sculpin IPA (before Darren’s celiac diagnosis). We won’t be making it again, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.


Perfect for fish tacos, french fries, potato salad, or anything that could use a bold, beer-y punch.
